Who We Are
VAPAC acts as the political bridge for Vietnamese Americans. Established under the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA), we facilitate the pooling of resources to support candidates—regardless of party affiliation—who uphold democratic values and fight for our community.
Policy Over Party
VAPAC is strictly non-partisan. We do not automatically align with any specific political party. We support candidates based on their alignment with our mission, ensuring that our strategic direction remains centered on community benefits rather than partisan disputes.
Leadership

Accountability
Board of Directors – Comprised of prominent community leaders, the Board sets strategic policy and fiduciary oversight.
Executive Team – Manages day-to-day operations under the leadership of the Executive Director.
Advisory Council – A body of policy experts and academics who provide guidance on advocacy strategies.
Financial Integrity
Trust is paramount. VAPAC operates with strict financial controls.
Segregated Funds – All political contributions are maintained in separate, segregated accounts.
Treasurer Authority – Our Treasurer holds a statutory “Compliance Veto” to immediately halt any expenditure deemed non-compliant with federal or state law.
Audits – We mandate annual audits to ensure full financial transparency.
